As fiduciaries, it is imperative that Councilmembers be GOOD financial stewards of the People's money. Before every financial decision, taxpayer cost should be considered. Financial decisions must be balanced to fairly and adequately provide quality infrastructure and services in exchange for a reasonable expense.
